1) The cabinet body and partitions are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, with a thickness of 1.0mm, 

and important components use 3mm material.

2) The doors are fitted with 3.2mm tempered glass.

3) The surface of the cabinet body and partitions undergoes a 13-step electrostatic powder coating process, 

ensuring a surface finish that lasts over 15 years. The powder material is from the DuPont brand in the United States. 

The surface coating has passed the ROHS environmental test, making it the first unit in the industry to pass this test. 

The surface resistance ranges from 10^6 to 10^8 ohms. This surface treatment provides permanent anti-static effects. 

The color is blue-black. All standard parts of the cabinet are made of stainless steel. The cabinet has a 5% salt spray

 test resistance that can last up to 500 hours (the national standard is 48 hours), demonstrating excellent corrosion resistance.

4) A pressure handle lock is integrated for security. It features swivel casters for easy movement and fixation.

5) Digital display for temperature and humidity, with separate displays for each without switching.

6) The humidity sensor is an original low-drift sensor from the internationally renowned American brand HONEYWELL. 

The humidity display error is within ±3% RH. The sensor is digital.

7) Temperature error is ±1. The humidity display range is 0~99% RH, and the temperature display range is-9~99.

8) The digital tubes are high-brightness Taiwanese-made. Special lighting technology is used in the design to ensure 

brightness while saving 60% of display power, meeting current low-carbon economic requirements.

9) The humidity display section includes a calibration adjustment device, facilitating future annual inspections and allowing for 

the restoration of overly deviated readings to normal values. It also facilitates daily inspection and adjustment for customers.

10) The product has passed ROHS environmental certification, CE certification, and multiple invention patents.

11) Crystal explosion-proof flow meter.

12) Humidity can be set from 1% to 60% RH; when the humidity reaches the set value, the system automatically cuts 

off nitrogen, and vice versa.

13) The solenoid valve is of the Japanese SMC brand.

14) Nitrogen distribution system ensures uniform nitrogen distribution inside the box.
